NEWS
ATLIS European tender winner IPO / GBO
The Association of Provincial Authorities has awarded ATLIS the framework contract for four years for the development of geo-solutions, along with two other parties.
IPO / GBO is the shared service organisation for the Dutch provinces. Cross-province IT administration and software development has for several years been carried out by this organisation.

New EMODNET portal available
ATLIS is the technology partner of the European Marine Observation and Data

WELCOME TO ATLIS
ATLIS has, since its founding in 1997, built up a strong position in the area of Geo-ICT database solutions and Geo-web solutions. The implemented solutions are based on Oracle Spatial and Java technology, and satisfy a growing demand for effective management of great quantities of geographic – and since 2004 additionally hydrographic – data.
Vision
ATLIS is focused on developing software to store data once, integrate it with other data, and use it as often as necessary for diverse purposes. Access can be provided to the information via the web, in accordance with open standards. Where possible we use open source components.
Expertise
A particular expertise of ATLIS is the application of Enterprise Java and Oracle Spatial technology in systems on which severe demands are made. When implementing solutions project management is based on Prince2 and the development methods are Agile- oriented. Test-driven development is used. Where appropriate open standards and open source components and frameworks are used to achieve results quickly and to implement robust solutions.
